Note: In Section 1.8 FIDELITY BONDS AND INSURANCE REQUIRED of the Performance Work Statement, requires contractor to have both bond and insurance. When preparing offer, please take in consideration these costs. Amendment 1: Revises PWS language, section 1.8. NOTE:� New revised date for receipt of proposals is now 12 March 2020.
