Description

AMENDMENT NO. ONE�IS HEREBY� ISSUED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING�CHANGE TO THE SOLICIATION #75H70720R00006 TO EXTEND THE CLOSING�DATE FROM FEBRUARY 28, 2020�TO MARCH 13, 2020. ALL OFFERORS MUST SIGN THE SF-30 AND INCLUDE WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center has a requirement for Services for Eight (8) Registered Nurse (RN) positions, and One (1) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/License Vocational Nurse (LVN), for Nursing services in the Urgent Care Emergency Room, In-Patient and Obstetrics (OB) departments. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47. �If IHS does not receive at least two offers that are reasonably priced offers from SBIF�s, IHS will than evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order to first consideration to last consideration): First Tier: Small Business Indian Firms, Second Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and Third Tier: Certified HUBZone Small Business and Fourth Tier: Small Disadvantage Business, Fifth: All other Small Business Concerns.
