- Description
- The goal of Value Chain Services is to increase income of the targeted population through an inclusive and sustainable market system approach. Annex 3 outlined the result framework for achieving this goal. Improved access to agricultural, business development, finance, risk management and market services packages for a range of target clients along the value chains will increase producers� productivity and commercialized surplus, and foster more young entrepreneurs, viable micro-, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and their employed people entering the value chains. Amendment 1 to (1) Issue a Revised Soliciatation, (2) Provide Responses to Questions, and (3) Extend the submission date.
