- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The National Park Service, National Capital Region, Museum Resource Center, has a requirement for a contractor to develop a Museum Management Plan for the National Capital Parks-East. The Solicitation No. is 140P3020R0016. The RFP, along with all associated documents, are attached. Competition is restricted to small-business, set-aside.
