- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.�A draft performance work statement has been included.� The solicitation for this requirement will be posted within the next two (2) to five (5) business days; at which time proposals will be accepted. The contractor shall provide Counternarcotic External Assessment Services in support of Joint Interagency Task Force � South (JIATF-S).� An external review of USSOUTHCOM�s counternarcotic efforts should aim to examine how USSOUTHCOM could more optimally allocate its counternarcotic resources in the interests of U.S. National Security.
