- Pre-Solicitation Conference for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Systems Support Directorate (SSD), Operations Support Directorate (OSD), and Policy, Plans, and Analysis (PPA) Task Orders.� *********************UPDATE******************* January 27, 2020 We estimate releasing the final solicitations for A&AS SSD/OSD/PPA in the next few weeks. *********************UPDATE******************* January 9, 2020 At this time, the government will not release the RFP/RFQ on January 6, 2020 and the subsequent proposals/quotations will not be due on February 6, 2020. Please continue to visit the posting at beta.sam.gov for updates on the estimated RFP/RFQ release date and estimated proposal/quotation due date. *********************UPDATE******************* December 19, 2019 Please see attached DRAFT Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria for SSD, OSD, and PPA A&AS. These documents serve as draft instructions and are subject to changes.� *********************UPDATE******************* The estimated RFP/RFQ Release Date has been changed to January 6, 2020.� The estimated Proposal/Quotation Due Date has been changed to February 6, 2020. The Pre-Solicitation Conference Slides have been revised to incoporate updated responses to industry comments in red ink.
