- Revisions to PWS/SOW for: CAVHCS Ambulance Services, 2237 #: 619-20-3-805-0004, RFQ: 36C24720R0040 1) Page 7 Vendor must establish a footprint and/or effectively establish the ability to that are capable of effectively cover the entire area requested in reference to this solicitation. 2) Page 10, Paragraph 3.2 Adding the following; and any and all other applicable licenses and permits required by each state for such services. 3) Page 16, Paragraph 6.2. Adding the following; licensure is current for the subcontractors, as of the time they commence work under the contract, and that there are legally sufficient (under state law) aid agreements in place at that same time. 4) Page 19, paragraph 7.1. - The vehicles need to be licensed under the laws and regulations of the state(s) of operation. 5) Page 21, Paragraph 8.1.
