- The New York Army National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for�Finance Company Post Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event on 11 and 12 July 2020, planned for the New York City, New York area.� The location will be within a 50 mile radius from the New York National Guard Armory, 68 Lexington Ave, Manhattan, NY 10010 as specified in the performance work statements (PWS)�attached in solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 721110.� Set Aside for Small Business Only. Contractor Manpower Reporting is a mandated requirement for this activity. **Please note all questions and clarification requests must be�emailed to Christine.i.campbell.civ@mail.mil No Later than close of business�4 Mar 2020. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
