Description

Construct Latrine Annex Building in accordance with the attached SOW, drawings and specifications. Amendment 0001: correct the BID OPENING DATE on page 1, section 10, line b. Line b shall be changed to read BID OPENING DATE IS 12 MARCH 2020, 2 P.M. LOCAL TIME Amendment 0002: Adds FAR clause 52.236-27 Site Visit to the solicitation. Which includes the time, location and the number of attendees that are authorized to attend from each Prime Contractor. Amendment 0003: Attaches the answers to the RFI questions(Addendum 1), the Attendance Roster from the site visit, 144R, and UFGS 22 00 00 Plumbing, General Purpose. This document is added to ensure all vendors are able to download the document. This also changes Drawing 44054_6_A2, 001 General 1.7 COMPLETE THE BUILDING'S STRUCTURAL DESIGN FOR LOAD BEARING WALLS, MEZZANINE, CEILING AND ROOF STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS. FRAMING SYSTEM SHALL BE FIRE RETARDANT TREATED (FRT) WOOD OR STEEL AT CONTRACTOR'S OPTION. This shall be changed to remove FRT Wood and leave steel as the only option.
