- Description
- The USDA, AMS, Cotton and Tobacco Program has a requirement for the construction of a new cotton classing facility in Lubbock, Texas.� This is a full and open competitive procurement.� The solicitation, specifications and design are attached.� There will be a pre-proposal conference/site visit on February 6, 2020 at 1:00 pm central time in Lubbock, Texas.� See page 31 of 35 for more details on the pre-proposal conference/site visit.� If you plan to attend in person, please email the contracting officer BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov.� All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov no later than 10 days before the due date of proposals.� Proposals are due on�March 2, 2020�at 3:00 Pm eastern time.
