- USDA Forest Service, Coconino and Kaibab National Forest, Flagstaff and Williams Ranger District, Arizona, has a Request For Quotation (RFQ) for Construction � Roof demolition and replacement at both locations:� ���������� Williams Ranger Station Conference - 742 S. Clover, Williams, AZ 86046���� ���������� Flagstaff Ranger Station Warehouse - 5075 US-89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Best Value � Tradeoffs.� This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.� The Small Business size standard is 16.5 Million under NAICS code 238160.� The Magnitude of this project is between $150,000 to 200,000.� Payment and Performance bonds will be required 10 days after award. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov The intent of the project will be to demolish and replace current roofing structures at both the Flagstaff and Williams sites.� The government is requesting pricing for the base items and then two separate option items.� Contractor�s should respond with pricing for the base item to replace the metal roof;� then �option item one to design and install a ventilation system; and finally to option item 2 to furnish and install a condensation control membrane to the metal roof panels.� The government intends to award the base line item and either option item one or option item two. A Site Visit Pre-Quotation Meeting has been scheduled for March 19, 2020 at the following�Locations and times: Flagstaff Ranger Station - �0900 am ���� 5075 US-89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 Williams Ranger Station - 10:15 am (immediately after the Flagstaff Ranger Station site visit, it is �������� �����������������������������������������������������������about a 45 min drive between the two ranger stations) ���� 742 S Clover, Williams, AZ 86046 The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after March 5, 2020, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offers or responses to the solicitation (include the solicitation number in the name of the document) may be sent to the Contracting Officer by email: michelle.l.bahr@usda.gov before the deadline. The Deadline for receipt of responses to the RFQ shall be April 8, 2020, 6:00 p.m. MST.
