- Description
- This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year option years. The part being procured is Trunnion, Damper Rot for NSN 1615-01-170-5243.� There are three approved sources for supply:� RBC Transport, CAGE 09455, part number 178258, Kamatics Corp., CAGE 50632, part number KJB180814H and Sargent Aerospace Defense, LLC, CAGE 97613 with part number KMS1105.� The Estimated Annual Quantity is 2004 each.� The required delivery schedule is 160 days. Source and Configuration Control applies.� FOB Destination.� Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.� DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.� Solicitation issue date is 16 MARCH 2020.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.� From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.�� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
