Description

Synopsis PR 19-35-1105 DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure 1 each PIPE BENDER MACHINE with contract completion required in 184 days ARO. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 19-35-1105 including all specifications and other requirements will be included as part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPE4A8-20-Q-0050 will be issued on or about March 3, 2020 and will close 60 days after posting. FOB will be Destination. Inspection at Origin, and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Award will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. A site visit will be available. Please mail the solicitation package, along with the compliance statement and descriptive literature, to the address listed in block 9 of the first page of the solicitation. Email quotes/offers will not be accepted. The solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available on or around March 3, 2020 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Choose the DLA Request for Proposals (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB) option under Solicitations. Enter the solicitation number within the search value area, and click the submit button. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents, use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper or e-mail copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.
