- RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE DUE BY 12:00:00 PM Eastern, WHICH SUPERSEDES THE 11:59pm EASTERN RESPONSE TIME SHOWN IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION ABOVE. As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement as a Small Business set-aside , on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide ONE YEAR OF FORKLIFT RENTAL W/ATTACHED SPECS in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Refurbished equipment is acceptable and make sure technical specifications tab is reviewed on RFQ attached. This synopsis is posted as a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 532490 with a size standard of $35M. All interested Small Businesses must be registered with e-Commerce as their will be no separate solicitation/PWS issued other than this posting. All Small Businesses must be current with their registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at time of quote submission and provide their current cage code on the quote. Small Businesses must be in full compliance and provide all information requested/required outlined in the attached PWS. All correspondence shall be done in writing via email. No phone calls will be accepted or returned with regard to this solicitation.
