This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335931, with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. � This combined synopsis/solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns � The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is seeking the following: The government anticipates award of one (1) firm fixed priced contract to a responsible source who submits a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for the following: � Sole Source Requirement:� MK (MARK) 683 Computer Assembly SUBSYSTEM INTERNAL WIRING per the assembly drawings consists of a VME Chassis that is wired to various connectors in an enclosure. �It specifically carries the signals necessary to simulate a vertical launch system for the MK (Mark)-683. �Note, the drawings that make up the Technical Data Package will �be sent to selected vendor to build from. The drawings are owned by NAVSEA and requires a custom test equipment for the Vertical Launch System (MK-41). MK (MARK) 683 Computer Assembly SUBSYSTEM INTERNAL WIRING,�� P/N Custom Drawings for wiring of CPU, 8 EA P/N 7571618-99� �� ��MK (MARK) 683 Load Assembly SUBSYSTEM INTERNAL WIRING, P/N Custom Drawings for� Wiring�� of�� Load, 8 EA P/N 7571620-39 This requirement is required for Base + 3 Option Years. Include Shipping, 45 days after delivery dates, and shipping terms (FOB Destination) Are the items quoted available on a commercial, published, or on-line price listing? The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: � Evaluation of quotes will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding the acceptability factors for non-cost factors (aka, Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA)).� The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: 1)����������� Price (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable) 2)����������� Past Performance.� Past performance will be evaluated in accordance with DFARS 252.213-7000. In the case of a supplier without a record of relevant past performance history in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) for the Federal supply class (FSC) or product or service code (PSC) of the supplies being purchased, the supplier may not be evaluated favorably or unfavorably for its past performance history.
