- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 66 TACTICAL ADVANCED LAND INERTIAL NAVIGATOR (TALIN) HIGH ACCURACY NORTH FINDING SYSTEMS (HA-NFS), PART NUMBER HG9986AA02-002. Solicitation number W31P4Q-20-R-0002 is being issued as a request for a Firm Fixed Price quote.� The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Honeywell International Inc., 13350 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL, 33764, CAGE: 0BFA5.� Honeywell is the original developer and manufacturer of the TALIN HA-NFS and the Honeywell TALIN HA-NFS is the only product that meets the Sentinel performance requirements. The statutory authority cited permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B) - ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" The Contract Type will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with Firm-Fixed Price Contract Line Item Numbers.� The anticipated period of performance will be from 16 June 2020 to 31 December 2022. The contractor shall propose in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
