- N00164-20-Q-0095 � SOLE SOURCE � CONTROL PANEL � FSG 6110 - NAICS 334513 ISSUE DATE 27 FEB 2020� CLOSING DATE 6 MAR 2020 � 10:00 AM Eastern Time This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20 -Q-0095 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Howell Laboratories INC, P.O. Box 389, 188 Harrison Road, Bridgeton, Maine 04009, CAGE CODE: 22501), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - CLIN 0001 � Control Panel P/N 4870-G511 QTY 2 Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is March 13, 2020. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor theBeta.sam.gov site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
