- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36E79719R0033 for the Influenza Virus Vaccine requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and Indian Health Service (IHS), and James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) for the 2020-2021 Influenza season. Items and estimated quantities are as follows: *All Vaccines shall have a shelf life (expiration date) of no less than one year. 1. Influenza Virus Vaccine: 10 dose multiple dose vial, or 10- 0.5ml Vials, Quadrivalent; 2020-2021 influenza Season; for persons over 18 years old- Latex Free VIAL (10 doses/vial or box) VA 18,200 VIALS BOP 4,500 VIALS IHS 10,929 VIALS FHCC 0 VIALS 2. Influenza Virus Vaccine: Pre-filled single dose Syringes w/plunger and luer lock needle attachment; Quadrivalent; 2020-2021 Influenza season; for persons over 18 years old NOTE: Pre-filled single dose syringes with any type of needle attached are not acceptable. Must be split virus vaccine (subvirion or purified surface antigen) that has been FDA approved and labeled with indications for administration to children 6 months - 35 months of age (pediatric), preservative free SYRINGE (Box of 10) IHS 329 SYRINGES (Box of 10) Evaluation and award will be made by solicitation line item for VA, BOP, IHS, and FHCC requirements. Contractor(s) will be required to deliver the vaccine FOB Destination to Government facilities within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Solicitation number 36E79719R0033 is estimated to be electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 on or about November 22, 2019, with a closing date�of December 6, 2019.
