- BEP's Office of Acquisition intent is to�award a purchase order,�Firm Fixed Price� type contract for the purchase of Non-Distinctive Banknote Paper for Security Feature Development. The BEP has a requirement for this non-distinctive banknotepaper to support the security feature technology development process. The feature of this item is peculiar to one manufacturer based on the unique manufacturing method. This item is essential to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP�s) requirement in support of Security Feature Development and the market research indicates other companies� similar products, or products, do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet, the agency�s needs.
