- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation and�proposals are being requested. �The solicitation number is 70Z02920QJM364. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This acquisition is Set Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 326113 The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The government proposes to solicit for the attached supplies for the following items. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. Please Email all quotes to barbara.l.coates@uscg.mil�or call�504-253-4526 This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Evaluation Process:� Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability.� If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made.� If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated.� This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified. Rolls of retro-reflective tapes and characters supplied under this specifications shall meet all requirements for Type III and Type V Sheeting with Class 4 adhesive and a protective liner. Only authorized dealers of Orafol and 3M are acceptable. The tape will have to be ""kisscut"" preforated, in 50 foot intervals.
