- The Department of Veterans Affair, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking sources to provide Readjustment Counseling Services to veteran beneficiaries of the Montana Veterans Affairs Healthcare System. The intended Indefinite-quantity contract(s) (IDCs) period will be for five (5) years. The area/location where contract providers shall be located is Lake, Lincoln, or Sanders counties in Montana. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 621112 Mental Health ($11 Million size standard). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO or GSA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought announcement ONLY and is NOT a request for proposals or quotes.
