Description

Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2 is conducting market research to identify firms interested in submitting bids for construction services to fully replace the existing roofs at the Buffalo NY VA Medical Center. The Government anticipates an IFB posting in www.beta.sam.gov o/a April 2020. The magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This is not a solicitation announcement and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. If any firm believes that it possesses the capability of providing these services, please email the Contracting Officer NLT 5pm on Friday, March 6, 2020: Davidm.Esmay@va.gov In your email, please include a capability statement or show that your company is capable of performing roofing project of this magnitude. Set-Aside: This procurement is anticipated to be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160, Roofing Contractors. The small business standard is $16.5M. BUSINESSES OF ANY SIZE MAY RESPOND AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE. Please state the socio-economic category your company falls into.
