Description

Any documents or comments should be submitted in writing electronically via email. The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, seeks information about potential sources to support the USSTRATCOM Global Data Integration (GDI) mission, including to fuse disparate data from unclassified and classified sources, including but not limited to angles-only reports with three-dimensional reports, to produce a best estimate of track state and to publish fused output and event detection in a Common Track Report (CTR) format compatible with existing Common Operating Picture (COP) displays for non-traditional data.� Services will include life cycle systems engineering, systems management, systems sustainment (including, but not limited to, software and hardware modification, adaptive, and corrective activities); research, development, test and engineering; systems performance evaluation; requirements analysis; configuration analysis and management; logistical analysis and management; systems integration; testing and fielding.
