- **ATTENTION** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: EDDIE GORDON, CONTRACT SPECIALIST; EMAIL: EDDIE.L.GORDON6.CIV@MAIL.MIL. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command � Redstone Arsenal, ACC-RSA proposes to issue solicitation number W58RGZ-15-D-0049. This requirement is for the extension of the current full rate production (FRP) contract for Advanced Sight and Display Computers (ASDCs), Display Interface Units (DIUs), cable Assemblies systems, spare parts, inspection and repair hardware, and associated post production support which may include field support, training, engineering change proposals, technical support, and travel thereof. The estimated period of performance for this effort is for (3) additional years of the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract was for an estimated minimum quantity buy of 170 and an estimated maximum of 1,285 ASDCs, 2,570 DIUs, 2,570 Cable Assemblies systems, plus spares, repair and post production support, to meet the requirements of the Air Warrior Product Manager to support US Army Aviation platforms. The contractor shall manufacture, test and deliver the following hardware: 1. Advanced Sight and Display Computers, Part Number: MB1919A-00 2. Color Display Interface Unit, Part Number: MB1254B-00 3. Panel Front Assembly, Part Number: 025310C-01 4. PWA Mother Board 2, Part Number: 025298B-00 5. Module Assembly Video/Input Processor (VIP), Part Number: 035499A-06 6. PWA ALC-3 (LOS Card) , Part Number: 59468G-00 7. Power Supply, Part Number: 025284A-02 This requirement is planned as a sole source buy to Elbit Fort Worth, Inc. (CAGE Code 0WEC9), a wholly owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems of America, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis closes on 18 March 2020 2:00PM CST. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Offerors are encouraged to contact Elbit Fort Worth, Incorporated for subcontracting opportunities on this effort. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source; however, if you are interested in this requirement you may identify your interest by submitting a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for additional competitive proposals. However, all proposals received with 45 (forty-five) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to further compete this proposed contract based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
