- The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk, VA intends to solicit a single award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs as a competitive total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for �Fire Protection and Life Safety Course� for the Naval Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFETRACEN), Norfolk, VA. Performance is anticipated to begin 06 June 2020 inclusive of a five (5) year ordering period through 05 June 2025. This instant requirement will have a provision for a six (6) month extension in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8 �Option to Extend Services.� As these services have been determined to be commercial, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Sub-Part 13.5 entitled, �Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items� and Far Part 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items�. The RFQ will require the submission of non-price as well as price/cost quotes. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 � Professional and Management Development Training.; size standard is $12 million. Interested Parties should refer to solicitation number N0018920Q0080. The RFQ will be made available electronically upon its release at www.beta.sam.gov. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for information received. The anticipated date of RFQ posting is on or around 10 February 2020.
