- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Air Force Recruiting Service's (AFRS) ""AIM HIGH Flight Academy"" AIM HIGH FLIGHT Academy is AFRS's STEM-based, avitaion-focused motivation and mentorship program designed to increase diversity in aviation career fields. The contractor shall coordinate/manage a turn-key aviation flight program that includes flight, ground and simulator training along with logistics support as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
