- The following is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for hull and internal inspections of the 9511 fuel barge per U.S. Coast Guard regulations. The 9511 fuel barge is capable of holding up to 72,000 gallons of diesel fuel in support of the Dredge Goetz Fleet dredging operations. The barge is required by U.S. Coast Guard regulations to be inspected every five (5) years per their criteria and standards. This contract is to supply services in dry-docking the 9511 fuel barge in order to complete inspections for the Dredge Goetz Fleet to continue to support is dredging mission. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is336611; Ship Building and Repairing with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. �This shall be solicited as a total small business set-aside. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) The solicitation due date is 03/12/2020 at 10:00am CST. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the beta.sam.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). �All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award.
