- Description: ��This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.�� The solicitation number is 70FBR220Q00000038.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-1 and FAR Clauses by reference 52.212-1; 52212-4 and 52.212-5.� The NAICS code and small business size standard is 337214 and is a total small business set-aside.� Per 52.212-2 Evaluation shall be made based on the Lowest Price Technical Acceptable along with delivery time.� Description of Chair and Picture are REQUIRED.� The Government intends to make award without discussion.�� ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A VALID, ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION.
