- Resiliency retreat at Destin, FL during the 17-20 April 2020 timeframe that will cultivate personal and professional resiliency through meaningful relationships both personal and professional for couples and singles.� Attached is the Provisions and Clauses, Price List, and Statement of Work (SOW).�� All pricing must be IAW JTR which can be found at�https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/travelreg.cfm.�� When submitting quote, please confirm that proposal including�all pricing�elements are in accordance with the� Provisions and Clauses, Price List, Statement of Work, and JTR. **Due to potential COVID-19 health and safety concerns, please include your organizations cancelation policy as part of your proposal. ** 52.212-2 - Evaluation-Commercial Items (Oct 2014) �(a)�The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other�factors�considered.
