Requirements Order is for Emergency 4' Benchtop Horizontal Laminar Flow Workstation, Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction for Pharmacy Service at the James J Peters Bronx VAMC. Market research was conducted and determined that GERMFREE LABORATORIES INC. is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the Pharmacy Service which must be compliant with VHA directive 1108.12, USP 797 standards and FDA requirements. The vendor is required to deliver and install: 4' Benchtop Horizontal Laminar Flow Workstation, Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction, Includes External Fluorescent Lighting, Stainless Steel Framed Acrylic Panels for Maximum Visibility, Spill guard to Protect HEPA Filter, Cleanroom-Compliant Prefilter increases the life of the HEPA Filter while reducing particulates inside the cleanroom. Overall Dimensions: 49"" W x 34"" D x 49-1/2""H Work Area Dimensions: 46"" W x 22"" D x 34"" H With the follow accessories: Stainless Steel I.V. No solicitation document exists and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to March 19, 2020. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contracting officer on-time.
