- This notice is for Solicitation Number 36C24220R0063 Wheelchair Lift Replacement at Northport VA Medical Center, 70 Middleville Rd., Northport, NY 11768. This shall be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. As a result, all SDVOSBs may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency. This project is classified under NAICS Code 238290 and has a size standard of $16.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. REQUIREMENT The general scope of this procurement is to replace the existing wheelchair lift at the North facing exterior stairs of Building 10 and concrete walk adjustments at the new Wheelchair Lift to facilitate the access of wheelchair bound and mobility challenged visitors and staff to Building 10. This mitigation is done in the interest of visitors and staff with mobility issues with access to Building 10. Contractor is to provide a new Wheelchair Lift Savaria Model V-1504 Aluminum Enclosure or approved equal. The wheelchair lift must be compliant to ADA requirements. All other details and information shall be contained in the solicitation which shall be posted on https://beta.sam.gov/. The solicitation will be released on or about 03/18/2020. The response submittal address, date and time will be included in the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be currently registered in www.sam.gov and be registered and verified as a SDVOSB in www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of offer submission and before award of this procurement.
