Description

Seven (7) 7500 sq ft Sleeping Tents�w/HVAC Generator, Lights, Flooring, and 200 COTS.� Six (6) 800 sq ft Operations Tents w/HVAC Generator, Lights, and Flooring.� One (1) 2000 sq ft Maintenance Tent for Rations/MRE Storage and 10K Forklift access.� One (1) 100 kW HVAC Generator w/Power Distribution Box.� Two (2) 30 kW Back Up Generator Trailers.� One (1) 60 kW HVAC Generator w/Power Distribution Box and Lights.� One (1) Option for a�30 kW Back Up Generator Trailer. The Contractor shall ensure tents are delivered with all necessary parts in accordance with the operator�s manual and generators must have a full tank of fuel. The contractor shall provide 24 hour repair and /or replacement services for the leased equipment and be capable of being onsite for technical inspection/repair within 8 hours of any service call. Any inoperable end item must be repaired within 24 hours or the contractor shall provide a replacement at no additional cost to the government. Tents that will be setup in the same location between 02 July and 11 Aug 2020 do not need to be removed however the government will have no liability nor responsibility to maintain or secure the equipment. The government will not pay for any additional usage and the government will do another pre-check with the contractor prior to reoccupying the tent.� All tents must be removed by the day following the final day of the period of performance, unless the exception in 5.21 applies.
