- AMOURED CARRIER SERVICES KANSAS CITY VAMC This is a firm fixed price contract to provide Armored Carrier Services for the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 E Linwood Blvd. Kansas City, MO 64128. The Contractor shall provide Armored Carrier Services for VA Agent Cashier, and the VA Canteen Services. Service is to include pickup and exchange of checks for money or checks on scheduled service days. The contract is for a base plus four option years at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Estimated base year price: $7,127.80 Estimated base plus four (4) one (1) year options price: $39,970.98 Contract to commence on March 25, 2020 and expire March 24, 2021.
