Description

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3307 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included this notice.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAR) 2020-04, DFARS (last updated 01/23/2020), and NMCARS 18-09.� The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, 667 Safeguard Street, Suite 100, JBPHH, HI 96860-5033 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, Full and Open Competition to provide maintenance, refurbishment, calibration, and certification for three (3) Gold Series Dust Collectors.� NAICS:� 811219, Size Standard:� $22.0 Million, PSC:� J049 � Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.� Government Furnished Property is not applicable to this solicitation.� The solicitation number is N32253-20-Q-0028.� This solicitation will close on 01 APRIL 2020 at 1200 HST.� Please submit quotes prior to closing date.� Point of Contact:� Tiffany Balat-Bueno, tiffany.d.balat-buen@navy.mil. *Note 52.212-1 Addendum If there are any amendments prior to or after submission of a quote, please acknowledge them.� If an offeror is registered in SAM (System for Award Management), they must acknowledge that everything in SAMS is up to date and complete part b pf 52.212-3 and part c � v if the offeror is not registered in SAM.� Offerors must add prices to CLINS 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 as well as a total price.� Additionally, offers are to fill out 52.219-1.� 52.212-2 EVALUATION � COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to an offeror who meets the requirements in section 3.0 of the Performance Work Statement and has the lowest price.� ��
