- Contract No. N62478-15-D-2446, Ventilation and Exhaust Systems Cleaning Services, Oahu, Hawaii was awarded to Ohana Nui Management, Inc. as a competitive 8(a) set aside on 13 August 2015, commencing 1 October 2015 to and included 30 September 2016 with four one-year options. The contract is currently in the 4th Option Period which commenced on 1 October 2019 and will end on 30 September 2020. The cleaning services already being done under the current contact includes ventilation and exhaust systems to ensure systems are clean, to maintain proper operation. The contractor removes, disinfect/sanitizes to maximum extent possible, all particulates, microbial growth, mold and foreign matter on all vent openings, dampers, air registers, diffusers, coils, drip plan, variable air volume and the air handling units without damaging or discoloring the finished surfaces and materials. NAVFAC HI intends to execute a modification to increase the non-recurring scope of work to include cleaning and disinfection of facilities due to COVID-19.
