Description

The Tennessee Army National Guard hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price for a commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) to Marlow White, a small business concern. This acquisition is to procure military funeral honors, Army Service Uniforms for the TN Army National Guard. The sole source is based on customer�s need of extremely robust material that can withstand the daily rigors of constant wear for military funeral honors duty.� This sole source contracting action is in accordance with the FAR 6.302-1(A)(2). The Government is unable to find any other manufacturer who produces a product that can be worn for multiple hours during a high level of activity and still present a professional appearance desired for Military Funeral Honors.
