- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with Florida Department of Transportation/SunPass Operations�to procure replenishment of funds for payment for SunPass tolls. ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Agnes Brooks,�@ agnes.brooks@atf.gov.��Emailed responses will only be considered. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. ATF anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed Price (FFP) type contract in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. If your company is able to provide SunPass tolls for this requirement, please contact Agnes Brooks at agnes.brooks@atf.gov on or before Friday, March 27, 2020 8:00 a.m. EST regarding this notice.
