- The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source requirement for a Neurolign Dx100 Platform (Portability Assessment System); Vest Software; Rolling Hard Case; and Training, for the Hearing Center of Excellence, at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, JBSA Lackland AFB, TX to Neurolign USA, LLC, Cage Code: 8H7T2, Address: 128 Gamma Dr, Pittsburgh, PA, 15238 under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is neither a request for competitive quotations nor a solicitation of offers. �A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. Responses to this notice should include: Written narrative (not to exceed 1 page) of Contractor�s capability to provide the following products for the Hearing Center of Excellence, at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, JBSA Lackland AFB, TX: Neurolign Dx100 Platform, Quantity (2 each) Vest Software, Quantity (1 each) Rolling Hard Case, Quantity (1 each) Training, Quantity (1 each); �2) Company Size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 339112; �3) Commercial and Government Entity; �4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concerns, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, veteran- owned small business; and 5) Point of Contact information to include name, email address and telephone number. 6)Responses to this notice should be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Lachel Edison at lachel.edison.1@us.af.mil.
