- Thank you for expressing interest in the Countermeasures Virtual Industry Day 2020. DOS and GSA will be postponing Industry Day schedule for May 14.�While the hope was to conduct presentations through video teleconferencing, our interested parties felt the event would prove more beneficial with in-person collaboration and real-time networking. To that end, due to increased emphasis on social distancing, DOS and GSA has decided to postpone the industry day�event.� We appreciate your understanding and hope your interest in future procurement opportunities with Department of State, Diplomatic Security, Countermeasures will continue through these trying times. *****POSTPONED EVENT********** The Department of State (DOS) is co-hosting a Virtual Industry Exchange Day with the General Services Administration (GSA). The Virtual Industry Exchange Day�provides key the DOS and Diplomatic Security�(DS) stakeholders an opportuinty to� provide a brief overview of their programs and any upcoming opportunities or existing challenges.� To register to attend, the following rules apply: Attendance will be allowed to registered entrants only; Registration is done via email to:�McCollumRL2@state.gov with cc: to vultaggiokl@state.gov. Include in the subject line, ""virtual industry exchange day"". Provide your business size and whether you give the Government permission to share your POC information with other registered attendees. Also provide a list of acquisition vehicles your company has; Each vendor�must identify all attendees (only 1 access login per vendor);� Registration will be limited based on system limitations (confirmation of registration will be provided); and�� Registration is open to all vendors (large and small).
