- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for Law IQ Liquid Analytics Platform Subscription for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC); RFQ #89603020Q0030. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
