- Solicitation W911SA-20-Q-3045 will be issued on 24- January -2020 and can be accessed at www.beta.sam.gov/. This requirement is for Unexploded Ordinace (UXO) Services at Fort McCoy, WI. This will be an IDIQ contract and the period of performance is 1 May 2020 (or subsequent date) to 30 April 2021 with four (4) one year option periods and a six month option to extend services. Site visit: ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 at the 10AM (local time). The site visit will be held at 2954 W. 14th Street, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.beta.sam.gov/ for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to modify wording in the Performance Work Statement and to correct the PSC Code in the Description of the CLINs.� Amendment 2 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 21 February 2020 in order to respond to vendor questions. Amendment 2 also updated the wording in the Supplemental Information , Performance Work Statement, Performance Requirement Summary, Deliverables, and including Attachments 8-13. Amendment 2 also adjusts the wording in Clause 52.212-2. Furthermore, Amendment 2 extended an additional written question date to 26 February 2020 at 2 PM CST and the due date/ local time to 10 March 2020 at 10 AM CST. Amendment 3 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 28 February 2020 in order to respond to additional vendor questions. Amendment 4 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 6 March 2020 in order to correct a formula error in Cell Block E44 in the Attachment 1 Price Schedule Updated on 3-6-2020. No other changes have been made to the requirement via Amendment 4.� Amendment 5 was posted to beta.sam.gov/ on 9 March 2020 in order to update the wording in the PWS Section 1.6.12 Key Personnel. Also the PWS Section 1.6.12.2 Contractors' Licensed Surveyor has been modified to section 1.6.9.1. This also changes the Deliverables Section from 1.6.12.2 to 1.6.9.1. Amendment 5 also extends the Due Date/��Local Time to 16 March 2020 at 10:00 AM CST. These are the only changes made from Amendment 5.� Amendment 6 is an administrative amendment due to a pre-award protest that was received on this solicitation. Please watch beta.sam.gov/ for any further Amendments or information on the status of this requirement.� Amendment 6 also extends the response�date/ local time to 30 March 2020 at 10:00 AM CST.� Amendment 7 is an administrative amendment to extend the due date/ time to 15 April 2020 at 10 AM CST due to the pre-award protest that was received.� Please note that due to a glitch in the contract writing system, this Amendment was incorrectly named Amendment 8.�
