Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. The location where services are to be provided should be within a half (1/2) mile to a bus stop and within a eight (8) mile radius of the Little Rock City Hall located at 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on July 01, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on June 30, 2025. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 70 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 70 inmates = 70 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 70 inmates = 70 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 42 units (per inmate) x 70 inmates = 2940 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 60 units (per inmate) x 70 inmates = 4200 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 10 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 50 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Mental Health units The requirements for the base period may change, depending on the actual date of award. The services shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work, dated September 2017.
