- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W912PB20Q3035 Catholic Musician - Tower Barracks/Netzaberg Community Chapel 1. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to issue a non-personal service contract on a firm fixed basis and to solicit the proposed services under the authority FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� Proposals/quotations are being requested and a solicitation will not be posted to SAMS-Beta. The NAICS code for this requirement is 711130 Musical Groups and Artists. 2. Description: �Catholic Musician to coordinate and provide Catholic Music Service Support (Tower Barracks/Netzaberg Chapel) USAG Grafenwoehr. 3. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial services in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-100. The Objective of this RFQ is to issue a Single Award Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) award is to obtain Catholic Musician Service Support (Tower Barracks/Netzaberg Community Chapel). This contract is for one (1) Base Year plus four (4) Option Years for a possible total of 5 years.
