- To issue a one-year base contract with 4 one-year optional years to provide the Medical Gas annual inspections, testing, certification, and repairs as stated in the Statement of Work. The contractor shall perform a complete annual medical gas testing and inspection of the medical oxygen and piping, medical air, nitrous oxide, vacuum and dental systems at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (MGVAMC), 4814 N. Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205.
