- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Elevator Maintenance Mountain Home AFB, Idaho 24 March 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA489720Q0020 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04; Effective 01-15-2020. This is a Full & Open solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 with a size standard of $16.5M. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Elevator Maintenance IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 February 2020.
