- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, for Cardiac 30-Day Event Monitoring for the Department of Veterans Affairs, John Cochran VA Medical Center. The John Cochran VA Medical Center is located at 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63106. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options.
