- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to secure audiometric testing to determine if employees are experiencing any loss of hearing associated with their jobs.� Hearing conservation training is required also and needs to be provided at the hearing testing appointment.� Offeror must have a mobile unit with a testing lab inside that can travel to 7 different locations for testing.� The offeror must also have a local Central Oregon office that employees can visit if they need to make up a missed appointment or be tested again. Performance is at 7 different Forest Service office locations in Central Oregon.
