- 2020.03.25- Special Notice Regarding Amendment 4 The Government will release with the next Amendment for SpectRE Solicitation 80HQTR20R0011 revisions to the RTOs and provide the additional Questions and Answers. *** 2020.03.20 Amendment 3- SpectRE RFP Set 2�of Questions and Answers are posted.� The purpose of Amendment 3�incorporates a conformed Final Request for Proposal (RFP)�revisions. A. RFP updates are in the following sections: � �K.1 52.204-8 Annual Representations andCertifications � �L.10 GSFC 52.215-201 Proposal�Preparation�General Instructions � �L.12 Proposal Marking and Delivery � �L.13(c) B.1 Subfactor B- Representative�Task Order (RTO) Technical Approach � �L.13(c) C.10 Subfactor C- Management�Approach paragraph 4; and � �L.15(b) Prior Customer Evaluations�(Past Performance Questionnaires). B. Attached is a conformed RFP, which incorporates Amendment 3 updates. **** 2020.03.18 Amendment 2- SpectRE RFP The purpose of Amendment�2 is to extend the SpectRE solicitation 80HQTR20R0011 proposal deadline from March 26, 2020 to April 9, 2020. Please be advise the Government will release with the next Amendment electronic proposal submission instructions for Solicitation 80HQTR20R0011 SpectRE Requirement. *** 2020.03.10 Amendment 1- SpectRE RFP Set 1 of Questions and Answers are posted.� The purpose of Amendment 1 is to incorporate a conformed Final Request for Proposal (RFP) revision and update Exhibits under the SpectRE solicitation . A. RFP updates are at sections: L.13(c) Subfactor A- Technical Approach; L.14 (b)(2) Attachment B- Direct Labor rates, Indirect Rates, Profit and Fee Matrices; and L.15(b) Prior Customer Evaluations (Past Performance Questionnaires). B. RFP Exhibits are updated to include 1A-11A in addition to 11B. The revised exhibits are posted as ""2020.03.02 Exhibits- GPM Exhibits 1-11B All IDIQ by CY."" C. Attached is a conformed RFP, which incorporates Amendment 1 updates. *** 2020.02.25 Final RFP See attachments for solicitation.
