- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, reserved for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 52.219-27. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). is W912JD-20-Q-0A5Q, and the solicitation The NAICS is 541990 and size standard is $14 million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04, effective 1/15/2020.
