- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for�Hydraulic Pump Controllers/Replacement of Internal Wiring, Blackwater Dam, Webster, NH THE WORK CONSISTS OF:� Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to: 1) Replace two existing motor controllers with new combination motor starters with non-fused disconnect switches. 2) Replace two existing remote pushbutton control assemblies with new. 3) Remove all associated and abandoned wiring between existing motor controllers and remote pushbutton control assemblies, and replace with new wiring utilizing existing conduits and boxes where conduits and boxes meet code requirements. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about April�9, 2020.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.beta.SAM.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238210�with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5�Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
